Chef Howard Bowen and General Manager Matt Galasky are proud
to present ’Divine’ À la Carte Restaurant.
We are open daily from 10am for Morning Coffee with Lunch
and Light Bar Menus available from 12pm. ‘Divine’
has services for Corporate Meetings or Celebration Functions
with private facilities accessible.
The Restaurant is open for evening dining from 6.45pm with
orders taken until 9.30pm. Divine Restaurant is open for traditional
Sunday Lunches with a wide choice of Roast Meats and Trimmings.
At Divine we are determined to use Local Suppliers within
the North Norfolk area with fresh, seasonal and quality produce
that complements our dishes.
We
are proud to introduce Crawford White, Traditional Butcher
of Aylsham as our Poultry, Game and Meat Supplier. Crawford
is the third generation in his family to successfully run
the business with local farmers being his reputable sourced
producers.
All of our Poultry dish items are either Barn or Free Range,
with our Game produce shot locally on the surrounding Norfolk
countryside. We use quality Beef and Lamb that is reared using
traditional methods, with herds that graze the extensive meadows
surrounding the National Trust property of Blickling Hall.
We do hope you enjoy our menu and because all of our dishes
are cooked to order, please be prepared to wait a short while
if only ordering a main course. If you do have any dietary
requirements please let us know. All of our main dishes are
served with Al Dente Vegetables. If you wish for these to
be cooked differently please ask when ordering.
